Punta Cana Daily operates a booking office service, mediating between the person making the booking (“the Client”) and the company operating the tour (“the Tour Operator”). Because these Terms & Conditions contain legal obligations, we encourage you to read them carefully. They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by puntacanadaily.com. The purchase of any travel services offered by puntacanadaily.com constitutes a contractual arrangement between the Client and puntacanadaily.com, and represents the Client’s acceptance of puntacanadaily.com’s Terms & Conditions described here. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

Accessing this web site, and continuing its use constitute your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices, and any changes to the Punta Cana Daily Terms & Conditions. You agree to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Terms of Booking

Bookings occur through the website puntacanadaily.com, via email to contact@puntacanadaily.com, or by the phone number(s) appearing on the website. Any booking made by you, whether through the website or otherwise, shall be deemed as an offer by you to purchase the relevant tour or other service subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and Punta Cana Daily shall come into existence until Punta Cana Daily accepts full payment and issues a confirmation invoice and voucher when apply. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from the party. By submitting a booking, you warrant and confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements. You further validate that all information submitted is accurate and up to date to the best of your knowledge. Punta Cana Daily does not accept liability for any problems which arise due to insufficient or inaccurate information provided by the Client.

Terms of Change or Cancellation

In case of changes by the supplier (excursion, transfer, etc.), including but not limited to cancellations and changes to itinerary or choice of roads due to weather conditions or other factors, or any issue with regard to prices, the terms and conditions of the particular supplier apply, and all responsibility lies with the Tour Operator.

Punta Cana Daily reserves the right to cancel or alter tours, pending full compensation, for reasons of safety or feasibility. In case of cancellation by the Client, Punta Cana Daily will make every effort to ensure the best protection for you. However, late cancellation can result in compensation claims from service providers. All cancellations must be sent to Punta Cana Daily by email. In accordance with standard business practices of the travel industry in the Dominican Republic, Punta Cana Daily is to charge customers cancellation fees as follows:

  • If cancellation occurs 48 hours or less before activity – no refund, only carry-overs are allowed.
  • If cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before activity – full refund of the activity cost less US$ 5 per person per activity of administrative fees.
  • No-shows at the activity are not refunded.
  • Cancellation due to sickness must be proven by a medical certificate of the day of the excursion to pretend to a full refund of the activity cost less US$ 5 per person per activity of administrative fees, and apply only to the person on the certificate.

Punta Cana Daily will process the refund within 48 hours of the reception of the cancellation email or authorized medical certificate. However, we are not responsible for PayPal system delay that might be different from ours before showing the confirmed refund in your PayPal account and/or credit card.

Terms of Payment

All bookings made online require full payment at the time of booking. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your booking number, each activity voucher and a reminder list of what to bring. Please print this document and bring it along to the Dominican Republic as this will be your proof of payment and to be used as a voucher to ensure your participation to each activity. Please check all details on your confirmation carefully to ensure they are exactly as you requested. In the event of discrepancy, please contact Punta Cana Daily immediately.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation via email within two (2) days after completing the online booking process and submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Punta Cana Daily customer service department whether or not your order has been placed. Punta Cana Daily will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) whatsoever claimed as a result of Guest’s failure to complete online request and to seek confirmation of proper submittal.

Pricing, or Clerical Errors

Are considered kids, guests between 5 and 12 years old for the appliance of the child rate. 12 years of age and up guest pays the same price as adults. Children (infants) under the age of 5 will not be charged. The Tour operator and Punta Cana Daily reserve the right to ask for any document proving that information in case of doubt.

In the event that the price at which Punta Cana Daily is purchased is incorrect and unintended by puntacanadaily.com due to an electronic, typographical, human or other error of any kind whatsoever in the price listed, quoted or advertised, Punta Cana Daily reserves the right to correct the erroneous price by requesting the Guest to pay the correct amount intended, or by canceling the order in exchange for a full refund. In no event shall Punta Cana Daily be obligated to honor any such ticket order or purchase resulting from an error, or otherwise be liable in such circumstances.

Punta Cana Daily disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or changes in schedules caused by weather, strikes or any other irregularity outside Punta Cana Daily´s control. Punta Cana Daily acts in good faith, and cannot be held responsible for any agent, hotel, tour operator, guide, restaurant or any other person’s or company’s acts, defaults or delays. Punta Cana Daily reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise.

Guests are obligated to follow the directions of professionals, such as tour guides and car rentals, regarding safety and regulations. Punta Cana Daily does not assume any responsibility for accidents caused by reckless behaviour of customers, or failure to notify of any special or medical needs.

Punta Cana Daily do not assume any responsibility for pregnant women that would decide to participate on any tour that we offer, against the advices, warnings or limitations established and clearly stipulated on our web site. Even in the situation there is no written identified risk, a pregnant woman is responsible for her decision and should consult a doctor and get a medical opinion before participating to such activity.
